This is a newly established position at a firm which has just have just set up office in Tokyo. The position will involve working on underwriting debt, pre-IPO, public to private and select equity type investments. The real estate advisory team interfaces directly with "blue-chip" international real estate funds, large (international and domestic) developers, and private real estate groups and be will taught advanced real estate debt and equity structuring and credit analysis.
