·The HR Manager will provide leadership to all areas of HR activities and play a key role in Organizational Development and Talent Management ·You will be working with division heads to identify and retain top professionals ·The HR Manager will be responsible for Personnel Strategic Planning, Management, and Analysis as well as new system introductions and implementation

·The design and engineering of data warehousing, ETL and business intelligence solutions for the Client ·Work with User groups to gather Business Intelligence requirements and leading the effort in translating them into an effective Data Warehousing deign using Dimensional Modeling techniques to maintain data flow for mission critical financial and business applications ·Apply Dimensional Modeling techniques and design skills to integrate new data into as well as to continuously re-evaluate exiting Data Warehouse and Data Marts ensuring optimal performance ·Fully document proposed solutions ·Assist in the design of an efficient ETL mechanism for updating the Data Warehouse, Data Marts and related objects ·Work closely with the user community technical staff and team members to develop reporting and analysis specifications and design supporting Data Marts/ Dimensional Modes

-Supervise the Reporting Team -Take responsibility to ensure that all Reporting is carried out -Monthly Revenue Accrual for clients -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients -Quarterly Revenue Forecast -Quarterly Outstanding PO analysis -Staffing Plans and fee proposals upon request -Coordinate AP -Contract revenue accrual

Company Plan, Forecasts and Long range plan - Full year B/S and P/L for Annual operation plan, forecasts and long Range plan - Monitoring actual spend of CAPEX and Marketing experience · Business support - Sales forecasts by product category - Gross Profit forecasts by product category - New products sales and GP forecasts vs plan - Selling, Marketing and Administration expenses’ variance analysis vs plan and forecasts - FX impacts’ analysis - Support for CAPEX and Marketing spend approval requests submitting to a parent company - Support for AR, capital approval requests, submission to a parent company · US reporting using Hyperion - B/S and P/L of full year Plan and Forecasts - Monthly Operation Review schedules - Quarterly supplemental schedules - Reconciliation of Net sales

-Take responsibility for all aspects of general accounting, including the reconciliation of accounts, analysis of account, evaluation or estimation for provisions -Design the rules and control on an ongoing basis as necessary -Coordinate the implementation of the co-sourced internal audit globally -Act as principal liaison with (internal) auditor -Ensure that the internal audit work is completed in line with the plan, review the audit report and management response -Prepare the summary report of the audit results, and follow up to ensure indicated improvements are implemented

·Manage local Security team ·Drive any Security related projects to the satisfactory completion ·Manage effectively the Security activities including Business Continuity & IS recovery, escalation process & emergencies ·Experienced in roll-out of awareness initiatives ·Execute proactive risk assessment ·Ensure to govern the satisfaction of the Security requirements being raised by clients ·Ensure to improve the Security related processes, which follows global initiatives as the Process Owner

· The candidate will have a role as a business analyst, to provide business analysis, system solution, project coordination, and user support, in IT project environment. S/he shall work with business users and system development team effectively and efficiently; to ensure that production issues and business requests are communicated and documented clearly in timely manner · The candidate should always have proactive attitude and strong motivation to face both business and technical challenges. S/he shall be comfortable to work in a multiple task environment and demonstrate the ability to develop the leadership in an IT organization. · The candidate will also have a role as a system coordinator between business unit and IT operation team.
