General Summary: 

Reporting to the Senior/Director, Property, the successful applicant will e ngage in new store development, build and maintain relationships with key business partners, which is the core of the company’s business strategy.

Main duties and the responsibilities: 

New store development:

-Open Combination of Stores (in Department Stores, Malls, and Station Malls)
-Carry out area development based on mid-long term store development strategies.

-Editing and conclusion of contracts

Relationship with the Business Partners:

-Act as contact for business partners of existing stores
-Porvide support to stores through partnership with District Manager

Lease Action:

-Responsible for renewal and re-negotiation of contracts for existing stores, negotiate conditions and submit proposals for remodel or renewal of stores  
-Edit and conclusion of contracts with Landlords 

Office Relationship:

-Build and maintain partnership with the stores, development team, and finance management team.
-Manage relationships with key business partners

Required Qualifications:

-Age 25 to 40
-Over 3 years of experience in store development
-Network with Station Malls
-Experience working with large apparel companies in business development (including wholesale)
-Experience in commercial development (leasing)

-Ability to maintain relationships of trust with business partners and DS/Mall/FS networks
