*Assisting with the review of financial and commercial legal documentation
*Liaising with Investment Managers/Analysts to ensure financial &amp; tax assumptions have been appropriately modeled 
*Delivery of debt financing conditions precedent, organisational &amp; authority documents and internal finance documentation
*Liaising with and assisting Treasury in relation to the execution of approved derivative instruments
*Co-ordination of equity funding process, including provision of guarantees
*Assistance with transaction execution and closing mechanics
*Monitoring internal deal checklists and sign-offs
*Co-ordination of the delivery and execution of investment transactions between the Investment Management &amp; Asset Management team and the Finance &amp; Compliance team
