Job Description:

-Make sure that all Corporate Security &amp; Business Continuity mandatory tasks are carried out by the due date and maintain department’s Business Recovery Plan.
-Completing or assisting managers to complete various management reports that are requested globally and locally
-Manage and/or implement technology infrastructure 
-Manage general administration for Legal and Compliance
-Assisting the Head of Legal and Compliance and managers with the staff management 
-Responsible for taking department / L&amp;C driven meeting 
-Provide Project Management support with the Head of Legal and Compliance and manage tracking status. 
-Make sure that all important messages from management are delivered to Legal and Compliance and that required materials for Legal and Compliance will be submitted on time and properly

職務内容：
－リーガル・コンプライアンス・ヘッド、アジアのビジネス・マネジメント・チーム、ファイナンス部門と共同してのローカルのリーガル・コンプライアンス予算作成。
－ファイナンス部門と月次経費レビューを行い、経費コントロールを管理する
－経費割り当て記録と経費割り当てシステムの持続的な開発とマネジメント
－全てのコーポレート・セキュリティおよびビジネス継続業務が期日までに完遂されることを確認し、部門のビジネス・リカバリー・プランを維持する
－グローバル、ローカルで要求される様々なマネジメント報告の記入、またはマネージャーによる記入の補助
－テクノロジー・インフラストラクチャーを管理、運営する
－リーガル・コンプライアンス向けの一般管理を担う。

The coordinator will manage student records and databases, assist with student evaluations and reports, and participate in the development of content for publications and the website. The coordinator will also work closely with other advisors in the Office of Student Services, the Academic Counseling Office (student recruiting), Office of Admissions, and Academic Advising Center.
