While all onsite servers are covered in standard hardware warranty agreements with distributors, basic server knowledge is also necessary for coordinating with IT vendors and serving as the interface point of contact for the company wide, remote IT Department that maintains and manages the onsite and remote server network for the company worldwide. 

Duties
-Bilingual Helpdesk and Desk side Support for onsite (about 30 users) in a multicultural environment
-Troubleshooting and 1st level escalation for MS applications and company specific applications
-Knowledge and basic awareness of servers for coordinating with remote IT department and vendor management
