CareerCross 10th Anniversary Update

We are proud to announce our 10 year anniversary in December 2010.
The CareerCross team would like to thank all of you for your support in helping us reach this important milestone.

To mark this special occasion we have updated the design of CareerCross and released some exciting new changes.

We look forward to the next 10 years of being in the forefront of bilingual recruitment in Japan and very much hope to continue working together to help ensure our Mutual Success.

Listed below are some of the new features we have added to the system.

Applicant Conversations

To help you manage your communication with applicants we have created a conversation system in the Application section of your Control Panel.
This enables you to communicate back and forth with applicants via the CareerCross system keeping all your conversations in one convenient location.

Resume Contact Conversations

You have always been able to respond back and forth with Candidates via the CareerCross Resume Contact system but to make the conversations easier to track we have adjusted the design so you can easily distinguish messages from people at your company and the Candidate.
When starting a conversation with a candidate we have updated the system to now allow you to attach up to 3 jobs you have listed on CareerCross that you feel the Candidate could be suitable for.

Resume Forwarding Tracking

To help you manage candidates sourced from the CareerCross Resume Bank we have added tracking functionality to the (Forward to a Colleague) function when viewing a resume. Details on who a resume has been forwarded to will be listed at the top of the resume details page.
