Thomas Pedersen is a Statutory Executive Officer, Head of the People and Communications Group, and the Chief Learning Officer for Shinsei Bank. Tom is working on several initiatives at the Bank and with subsidiaries on sustainable human capital development, corporate values, and aligning people with strategy.
