Using the Resume Bank

The subject will automatically be set as "CareerCross Contact".

Search the CareerCross Resume Bank and contact the candidates who match your requirements directly. You have free Resume Bank access with your job posting. We suggest you check the resume bank from time to time, since new resumes are registered daily. If you find a quality resume, you should contact that candidate immediately.

  • On your Control Panel, click on "Search Resume Database".
  • Select the appropriate search parameters from the boxes, then click the "Search" button.
  • Click on a candidate’s name to see her details.
  • To contact a candidate, click on "Contact Candidate" at the bottom of the page. Enter your message to the candidate, then click “Send". The message will be sent to the candidate immediately by e-mail.
Resume Notifi cation

Register with our Resume Notifi cation service, and This is an optional service. You will get an e-mail notifi cation immediately when a new resume matching your requirements is registered in our Resume Bank.

Bookmarking Resumes

You may bookmark resumes while searching our resume bank. The resumes can be ranked from 1 to 3. (e.g. 1 - to contact immediately to 3 - to contact later. You can view the list of candidates you have bookmarked in the "View Bookmarked Resumes" section of your Control Panel.

Forwarding Resumes

This feature allows you to e-mail a qualifi ed resume you found after a search in the Resume Bank to a colleague.

  • The search will show you a list of candidates matching your search criteria. Click on a candidate’s name, and his resume will pop up.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the resume and click on "Mail to Associate".
  • Enter your associate’s e-mail address and your message to her, then click "Send". The resume will be forwarded by e-mail immediately.
