When you click ’Apply Now’ on a job posting, you’ll have an opportunity to create and include a resume in two ways: 1) Build a CareerCross resume online, 2) Copy and past plain-text. Each choice can be completed in 1-4 steps. Once you create your resume, you can review it and apply.
