Are you having problems logging in? Please try the following

Use the "forgotten password" button below log-in to reset your password. You will receive a new password sent to the email address you registered with. Use that password to log-in and then change your password back using the "Change Password" link in your Control Panel.

Still having problems? The most probable cause is "cookies'.

To successfully log in to the CareerCross Members' area, your Internet browser must be set to accept cookies. To check or change your settings, please follow these instructions:

a) Internet Explorer 5 or above - click on Tools in the top toolbar, click on Internet Options in the drop down box, click on the Security tab, select the Internet globe and then click on the Custom Level button, scroll down the list to Cookies and select Enable for both options available. Click on OK and then click on Refresh in the toolbar.

b) Internet Explorer 4 or above - click on View in the top toolbar, click on Internet Options in the drop down box, click on the Advanced tab, scroll down the list to Security and select Always accept cookies. Click on OK and then click on Refresh in the toolbar.

c) Netscape 6 or above - click on Edit in the top toolbar, click on Preferences in the drop down box, click on Advanced in the category window, select Cookies in the menu and then select Enable all cookies.

d) Netscape Communicator 4 or above - click on Edit in the top toolbar, click on Preferences in the drop down box, click on Advanced in the category window and then select Accept all cookies.

Click on OK and then click on Reload in the top toolbar.

If you are using a different Internet browser to those above, check in Preferences or Options for the browser as to how to configure it for accepting cookies.
