This person on a daily basis works with our customers to help design and implement their web process and also train them on the product suite. A Technical Consultant helps companies move their business to the web.

Responsibilities:
· Training customers on the product suite
· Interact with clients
· Understand each customer’s Web development and production requirements
· Design and implement workflows to support customer business requirements
· Implement a Web production system utilizing the product suite
· Work in a team environment

· B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent; M.S. preferred
· Minimum of 3 years of technical consulting, software development, customer management.
· Experience in Unix/NT administration
· Experience in Web server configuration and architecture
· Experience in browsers, desktop web development tools
· Java, XML, CGI, HTML, and Perl programming
· Experience with Web Application Servers (e.g. Weblogic, ATG Dynamo, Broadvision, NAS, SiteServer)
· Database experience (Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server)
· Application Development (e.g. ASP, scripting)
· Self motivated and capable of delivering proactive, credible, and responsive service to clients
· Ability to gather requirements, manage customer expectations, design and implement a project plan
· Strong written and oral communication skills (Native level Japanese & Business level English)
