SOX-IT Lead

-Manage/Perform SOX IT management testing.
-Develop and implement remediation for control deficiencies with regard to SOX
-Follow-up of remediation plans for any identified issues during testing
-Coordination of maintenance of IT control documentation (process narratives)
-Perform HLIKK network/application user ID recertification review
-Liaison to US counterparts

Liaison for audits/compliance to BTD

-Internal Audit
-Company Wide Inspection
-External SOX audit
-FSA inspection

Compliance Program (Compliance Officer of BTD)

-Create divisional compliance program
-Develop compliance training plan and implement training
-Report training results to Legal and Compliance Dept

Risk Management Liaison for BTD

-Perform risk assessments and report potential risks in departments
-Evaluate current control in place and update contingency plan to remediate risks
-Create and update risk management reports and report status to General Risk Mgmt Dept.

Information Security Liaison for BTD

-Report company-wide web usage status to top management
-Liaison for security issues and topics between IT department and ISC

-At least Bachelors Degree preferably in computer science or commerce
-At least three years of Information Security Management, Risk Management, and IT audit experience
-Working knowledge of compliance, particularly SOX and FSA regulations
-Strong knowledge of IT General Controls and application
-Strong people skill and experience in leading a team
-Native-level Japanese skills in speaking, writing and reading
-Excellent communicator in both Japanese and English
-CISA or other eligible certifications are advantageous
-Experience working in financial institutions and/or audit firms highly advantageous
