Our client is a global Real Estate fund that is performing exceptionally well in todays market. Given that the firm is not opportunistic in nature, it is able to acquire aggressively and to provide a dynamic, exciting working environment.

Primary responsibilities will include;

- Monthly and annual close of SPC’s for loans and real estate assets.

- Other Accounting duties as required

As our client is looking to hire Manager as well as junior level candidates there may be extra managerial duties/responsibilities.

Candidates for this position should have the following skills:

Technical
3-5 years SPC or Investment Accounting experience for Managerial level and around 1 year for staff level.

Communication
- Spoken and written English skills
