
We are looking for recruitment consultants with an established track record and client base although we may consider candidates with strong industry exposure and a strong desire to be a recruiter. We are a small but growing agency and offer an almost unlimited career path for motivated recruitment consultants. You will be given client ownership and for senior people the chance to grow a practice under your leadership. We are a meritocracy and successful people will be richly rewarded both financially and by being given the autonomy and breadth to develop themselves and their practice.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2/3 years experience working as a recruiter with a track-record of success. You will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills, a flexible and cooperative attitude, an ability to multi-task and to meet agreed performance targets and at least a mid-term commitment to Japan. Level 2 Japanese skills or above are preferred, but for the right candidate, are not essential.
