Software Developer Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent (PhD a plus)
• World class programming skills
• Several years of software development experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a high-energy, unstructured environment on very small project teams.
• Experience with Unix/Linux or Windows environments, C/C++ development, assembly language, distributed systems, systems programming, kernel/compiler internals, database internals, network programming, template metaprogramming, quantitative modeling, HPC and/or developing large software systems a plus

Infrastructure Engineer Requirements

• Several years of IT infrastructure engineering experience
• Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a high-energy, unstructured environment on very small project teams
• Experience with Unix/Linux or Windows platforms, storage systems, database systems, network infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and/or computer hardware a plus
• Bilingual skills including Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
