Since its establishment in 1987, East West Consulting has specialized in executive search, successfully building up a solid track record over the last 20 years. We now retain the largest market share in Japan’s executive search industry, having formed broad networks of companies, jobs and people.

What type of people are you looking for?
East West is looking for ambitious, self-starting, results-driven people to be trained as Executive Search Consultants. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and at least 2 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in corporate environment, as they need to work with global clients and candidates on a daily basis. Strong Japanese and English languages skills are preferred. Specific knowledge of particular industries is not required.
