Job Description

1. Create author requirements documents and functional specification documents following the company traceability process.
2. Create author conformance and interoperability documents for external system interfaces for use by customers and partner companies.
3. Facilitate Size and Scope new development based on Product Change Request and Maintenance Request including definition of the solution.
4. Train company personnel on new systems and features for new releases.
5. Support various company groups with respect to systems and requirements including engineering (implementers and testers), tech pubs, customer support, sales and marketing.

4. 新リリース製品の新システムとその特徴について、社内研修を行う。
5. エンジニアリング(実装とテスター)、技術的出版物、カスタマーサポート、販売、マーケティングを含むシステムと要求に関して、さまざまな企業グループをサポートする。

Required Skills

- BE/ BS/ ME/ MS/ in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering/Computer Science
- Knowledge of Wireline Telecommunication Networks and Protocols
- Strong background in SW design, documentation and implementation on projects (architecture, design and implementation of Telecom software on Unix/Linux/embedded platforms)
- Experience as Systems/Requirements Engineer on switching or computer telephony applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across groups in multiple geographic locations
- English skill: Business, Japanese skill: Fluent

- 電気関連/電子工学/コンピュータ工学/コンピュータ科学関連の工学系/理系の学位、または修士号
- ワイヤライン・テレコミュニケーション・ネットワークとプロトコルの知識
- プロジェクトにおけるSW設計、書類作成、実装に関する豊富な経験(Unix/Linux/embedded platformsでのテレコムソフトウェアのアーキテクチャ、設計、実装)
- スイッチング。もしくは、コンピュータ・テレフォニー・アプリケーションに関するシステム/要求エンジニアとしての経験
- 物理的に離れたチームと協力して業務を遂行できること
- 英語スキル：ビジネス、日本語スキル：流暢
