The following are core activities for this position:

- Train and mentor future product managers
- Create, develop and execute marketing strategies that maximize market entry effectiveness
- Be responsible for monitoring product performance and making plans for continual improvement
- Develop promotional materials
- Develop, maintain and expand network of KOLs
- Organise effective symposiums
- Work in a cross functional team both domestically and internationally

The successful incumbent will have:

- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
- MBA would be preferable
- Native Japanese skills with strong English abilities is a must


You will have the following experiences:

- Product management experience in a pharmaceutical company in Japan (at least 4 years)
- Experience leading a small marketing team
- Experience launching a product
- Any therapeutic area is welcome although specialization in bone related conditions will be favourable (arthritis, rheumatism etc)
- Experience working a domestic or foreign pharmaceutical company is essential.
- 2-3 years experience as an MR would be preferable
