1. Co-ordinate all business system problems and issue resolution.
2. Investigate and analyse all business application issues.
3. Identify system/business area to resolve issue.
4. Work with users to confirm scope, identify and document business requirements.
5. Work with IT and users to identify system usage and solutions to support business requirements.
6. Identify changes to existing processes and impact on existing roles, responsibilities and functional structures.
7. Participate in the design and maintenance of an architecture vision covering, applications, data and technology.

- College or University Degree
- 3+ years experience of business analysis and systems support
- Experience of working in an international organization
- Experience of UAT, system integration and associated testing.
- Merchandising systems
- Vendor compliance systems
- Warehouse management systems
- Freight tracking and transportation management systems
- Experience of SQL or BI applications such as Hyperion
- English skill: Business, Japanese skill: Native
