・ マーチャンダイジング、マーケティング、または複数の部門の財務目標をサポートするディストリビューション・プランの作成・実行
・ クロス・ファンクショナル（部門間）に協力し、適切なアロケーション戦略が実行されていることを確認する
・ フィールド・リーダシップやストアとの関係を密接に保ち、マーチャンダイズ・ディストリビューション戦略を改良する


責任範囲：
・ セールス、グロスマージン、グロスマージン売上に対する投資回収率（Gross Margin Return On Investment = GMROI）、在庫回転目標などのターゲットを満たすことによって複数の部門の財務目標に貢献する
・ セールス対在庫の比較、季節性、マーケティング効果などを含め、サイズや地域別業績を統合、分析し、伝達する
・ 分析により、サイズレベルのボリュームや　利益の機会を数値化する
・ 部門のディストリビューション戦略を作り、地域別のチャンスを広げる
・ 使用できるインバウンド・レシート（到着伝票）を伝達し、トラッキングする
・ 初期在庫発表、季節ごとのリプレニッシュメント（在庫補充）の戦略を練り、指導し、実行する
・ 発注書プロセスで、多数の在庫種類内でのサイズ・バランス、梱包、プレパック商品に対する、チームの事業部戦略を練る
・ クロス・ファンクショナル・チームと協力し、ベーシック・スタイルの在庫所有権戦略を明確にする（在庫目標を達成するように補充計画を管理する）
・ 新店舗のアソートメント（品揃え）と数量の確保をタイムリーに、また正確に遂行できるようクロス・ファンクショナル・チームと協力する
・ データ分析とフィールドとのコミュニケーションによって地域別、ストア別のパフォーマンス、トレンドの知識を身に付ける
・ 会社のイニシアティブに必要に応じて参加する
・ 職務満足、将来の人材開発、社員定着率を高めるよう、ディストリビューション・アナリストを効果的に管理し、キャリア開発プロセスをサポートする
・ 能力開発、パフォーマンスを向上できるよう、直属レポートにはタイムリーにバランスのよい実用的な方向性やフィードバックを与える

最低必須条件：
・ 多文化を超え、生産性のある関係をビジネス・パートナーと構築し、維持する
・ 説得力のあるプレゼンテーションで、ビジネスの問題点を明確にし、解決策を推薦する
・ ペースの速い職場・環境の変化に対応できる能力
・ ディストリビューション戦略が業績にいかに影響するかを明確に理解する能力
・ 聞き上手であり、優れた読解力・効率的なコミュニケーション能力および適切に優先順位付けする能力

・ テクニカルなアプリケーションを早期に学び、理解する能力を含めてPCを使用する能力
・ ディストリビューション・システム、表計算の知識
・ 期日を守るべく、仕事量とその優先順位をバランスさせる能力
・ ロジカルな分析力と問題解決力
・ 大学卒、あるいは同等以上
・ １－２年をディストリビューション・アナリスト（または同等のポジション）として経験 (スーパーバイザー経験なら尚可)
