Responsibility:
- Manage accounts primarily in R&M and Chemicals
- Plan and execute Key Account Planning, Marketing Events, CCS activities
- Sales target management for Japan
- Manage and utilize channel partners, wherever appropriate to realize account focused strategic sales approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business
- Domain knowledge of petrochemical, oil & gas industries
- Proven track record of business development and consistent quota achievement
- Successful solution selling to major oil & gas or petrochemical firms and senior levels
- Strong English and Native Japanese.
- Solid experience in Solution and IT software sales
- Deep hydrocarbon industry knowledge and strong general sales expertise and experience
- 8+ years of business experience in hydrocarbon industry
