Responsibilities
1. Develop and grow sales of tools and equipment in the assigned territory.
2. Conduct regular meetings with customers/dealers to develop marketing strategies.
3. Identify appropriate products to launch in the market place.
4. Maintain customer pricing and inventory.
5. Conduct market based pricing analysis.
6. Represent Company at Trade shows as required.
7. Establishment and management of field sales agents.
Requirements
1. Bachelors in Business or Automotive Engineering
2. 3-5 years national account field sales and account management experience
3. Knowledge of distribution and the automotive industry
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Have a good knowledge of mechanical tool and electronic engine diagnostic applications including workshop requirements.
