Job Description
-リース税に関するサポートの提供。
-セールス、アンダーライティングチームへの税金に関するサポートの提供。
-新規投資、商品、買収および処分における税金に関するサポートの提供。
-オーディット・ディフェンスに関するサポートの提供。
-新規投資、商品、買収、処分に関する事業への米国税効果の決定。
-税制の計画と再構築。
-収益および事業目標を満たすための効果的な戦略の展開。
-事業計画作成におけるサポート提供。
-Provide leasing tax support including development and implementation of tax leasing policies
-Provide local tax support for the sales and underwriting teams in Japan
-Provide local tax support to the Japan business with respect to new investments, products, acquisitions, and divestitures.
-Provide local audit defense support
-Work closely with US Tax Team to determine US tax implications to local business with respect to the new investments, products, acquisition, and divestitures.
-Work closely with Japan Corporate Tax Team in developing tax planning and restructurings
-Develop effective strategies to meet income and business objectives
-Provide support for business planning process
Required Skills

- Strong Japanese Tax Background
-8 -10 years of relevant Japanese Tax Planning Experience
