
- Build and maintain a network of KOLs amongst Hospitals, Universities and Clinics
- Ensure that relationships with designated distributors are optimal
- Develop, lead and execute effective marketing strategies based on market research that ensure maximum growth and market share of the company’s offerings
- Effectively formulate launch and relaunch strategies for existing products
- Plan budgets, create promotional materials and organize symposiums

- A minimum of a bachelors degree is required. MBA would be preferred
- Strong English and Japanese skills are essential
[[Experience]]
- Product marketing experience in surgical disposables, wound care or other similar products (minimum of 6 years)
- You will possess strong bilingual skills that will be used in a bilingual and bicultural team both domestically and abroad
- Medical device experience in Japan in essential (10 years)
