
Capacity Management Manager:
Role
· Ensure that the annual Capacity Plan is produced and agreed.
· Ensure that capacity forecasts are built and maintained for all supported platforms and networks.
· Proactively manage availability of key systems within SLA targets.
· Collaborate with Australia and North America for any capacity related tasks.
· Responsible for linking up to global organization and participate in the global project(s) as a process owner of the Capacity Management.
· Monitoring and tracking the usage of servers, memory, etc
· The successful candidate will work with Operations, Technical, Projects, and the Control teams.
· This position is a superb opportunity for someone in a technical position to work closer with the business

Requirements
· Native level Japanese and Business level English
· 7-10 years of experience including 2 years of management
· Advanced level skills in MS Office applications (WORD/EXCEL/ACCESS/Power Point)
· Engineering Background - networks / server or other infrastructure area
· Very detailed knowledge of an area of IT infrastructure (e.g. networks, mainframes etc)
· Insurance background useful but not required
