2. 契約書上での政策策定および施行

1. Draft, negotiate and review contracts, including service and engineering contracts, supply and purchase agreements, License agreements, etc
2. Formulate and execute contractual policies and strategies to ensure successful implementation, cost effectiveness and risk avoidance and mitigation

1. 学士号、またはそれ以上の資格資格者
2. 国際貿易、金融、事業法、ビジネスマネジメントなどに精通している方
3. 国際契約、交渉、ビジネス進展経験をお持ちの方
4. テレコム業界・法・コンサルタント業界での経験をお持ちの方
5. 英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方

1. Bachelor degree or above in law, economics or equivalent, with at least 5 years working experiences
2. Familiar with international trade and financing, international business law, international business management and/or other relevant specialties
3. Abundant experiences and skills in international contract negotiation & implementation
4. Experiences in telecom industry, legal and contractual consultancy are preferred
5. Excellent command in English
