Job Description

ADMINISTRATION
 Process user requests for account maintenance based on request from business
 Provide necessary notification in response to user account request.
 Follow client Security Standards as well as local procedures for performing the request.
 Ensure completion of each request within SLA.
 Justify the activities done by operators

EXCECUTION
 Provide accurate system operation to meet user request
 Run scripts provided/instructed by SA.

ANALYZE SOLUTION
 Review current process and rectify it to work more efficiently or meet clients’ requirement.
 Understand support area’s environment
 Understand the existing process and be able to analyze from audit point of view

ESCALATION.
 Liaises internally to enable client queries to be answered or complete the request.
 Hand over the task after the initial operation has been done.
 Ensure completion of each client request and request ticket.
 Report to manager for critical issues.

DOCUMENT
 Maintain documentation for both technical and user community
 Participate in building a knowledge base for internal

Required Skills

The requirements and responsibilities for all aspects of the Account Operations Role include (but are not limited to) the following:

 Perform log in ID Maintenance work for various type of platforms and IDs based on request raised from client internal users
 Validate if appropriate approvals are provided before processing request.
 Provide user account administrative work to all client internal users.
 Communicate with internal users to notify request completion or update them.
 Conduct entitlement review semi-annually.
 Maintain various inventories for information owner and functional ID owner.
 Ensure to follow client Security Standards as well as local procedures for performing the request.
