Job Description
- Oversee a team of 30 ~ 40 Wintel Server Engineers
- Manage server installation; build processes and
performance/systems management
- Manage software patch deployment and distribution process
- Perform firmware and driver updates
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance schedules with vendors
- Escalate high level issues for quick resolution
- Provide off-hours support to ensure system availability
- Perform emergency changes
- Develop scripts to assist in management of the applications (i.e.:
start-up, stop and status routines)
- Troubleshoot hardware and operating systems
- Configure volumes and layout file systems

- アプリケーション動作設定に関するスクリプトの作成
- オペレーションシステムとハードウェアのトラブルシューティング
- ファイルシステムの設計

Required Skills
- Strong Wintel Server skills (3~5 years experience)
- Strong Communication Skills in both English and Japanese
- Time Management Skills
- Drive and initiative to identify situations that require attention and acting upon it.
