Job Description
Duties: You will keep the high level clients happy
/ keep in regular contact with clients / make
sales calls (visit prospective clients) /
you will work to attract new guests (actual sales)
while at the same time keeping current guests
happy (corporate client management)
Requirements: Here are the requirements.....this is what they are
looking for:
1) candidates should have some basic kind of sales
experience/background;
2) must be outgoing, energetic and really like people;
3) AA or BA Degree required;
4) candidates must have lived overseas and must have
very polite/professional English and Japanese;
5) candidates must be very professional in appearance
and demeanor;
6) NO PREVIOUS HOTEL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED -- training
will be provided;
7) strong organizational skills, pro-active, mature;

＜マイケル ギリオーニ経歴＞
1978年、ゴンザガ大学にインターナショナル・スチューデント・プログラム事務局を設立、3年間局長を務める。在職中、同大にイングリッシュ・ランゲージ・センターを設置、同センターは現在も好調な運営を続けている。アラスカ・パシフィック大学の入試課長などを経て、88年、東京インターナショナル・ビジネス・センター(株)を設立。以来、100社以上の外資系企業が新規日本法人を設立するにあたり、協力を続けてきた。中でも、米国CISCO SYSTEMSは、92年の日本法人設立に際し、業務補助を同センターに依頼、日本市場参入に於いて最初の成功を収めている。97年、日本で最初の著書『履歴書と面接の英語』(アルク)を出版。8刷を重ね、Amazon.co.jpの英文履歴書カテゴリーにおいて、常に上位にランクされる。外資系企業就職の関連雑誌には、多数の執筆記事が掲載されており、その一つに外資系企業社長のインタビュー・シリーズがある。また、就職活動や効率的な業務遂行に関する講演を日米両国で精力的に開催している。01年、キャリア・ジャパンセンター(株)を設立。07年、その子会社、エグゼクティブサポートインターナショナル（株）を設立。
