
The individual will be responsible for working with other teams to ensure client reports are completed on time, and meet both client and internal requirements. In addition, the individual would help lead our efforts to increase the level of automation in the client reporting process. He/she would work closely with other business areas (Investments, Client Relations and other Operations teams) to ensure a high quality of service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Partner with the Client Relationship team to increase the level of standardization of client reports
- Work with other teams to resolve issues and develop solutions to client needs
- Lead efforts to automate the client reporting process
- Rationalize the business processes in client reporting in cooperation with the relating groups and teams
- Negotiate the report items and service level with Client Relations and Investments aligned with the product, regulatory and client requirements
- Take an initiative to lead the team members to the strategic vision of client reporting in target operation model
- Generate investment performance reports for clients and consultants
- Drive standardization while delivering customized reports
- Currently holds a similar position at a major investment management firm
- Experience reporting and deep insight in an asset management company
- Knowledge of accounting and performance calculation in the asset management business
- Understands best practices for client reporting for pension client and has the ability to apply this knowledge in building out the future client reporting processes and systems
