
仕事内容:
与えられたリストや効率的な手段に基づき、顧客を開拓し、電話(アウトバウンド及びインバウンド)やEメール等を通じてのコミュニケーションにより顧客ニーズをヒアリングし、ニーズにあった当社製品をセールスし、新規受注を獲得する業務です。 顧客のビジネス上の課題に対して、統計解析やデータマイニングによる適切なソリューションを提案し、受注につなげます。
Position Summary:
The main focus of the role is to effectively build relationships with clients - this will mean developing, maintaining and sustaining business relationships mainly “by telephone” with clients - in order to coordinate the sales process and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will be someone who have any experience as sales or have a proven track record in a similar role and will welcome the opportunity to work in a competitive environment. Position Responsibilities:
· Contribute to sales team quota as well as responsible for individual sales quota.
· Responsible for complete sales process own client/prospect base.
· Responsible for managing own client/prospect base.
· Take initiatives for marketing ideas to increase sales in own client/prospect base.
· Learn about and increase knowledge about company’s software.
· Keep up with market developments in different adjusted branches.
· Actively participate in meetings, demo’s etc.

・IT業界でのセールス経験2年以上
【下記のいずれかの経験・スキルのある方も歓迎】
・コールセンターでのオペレーターもしくは電話での何らかのサポート業務経験
・英語力はあればプラスですが無くても良い。
Position Qualifications:
· 2+ years experience in selling any IT tools/solutions or products (software, hardware, services, etc.)
· Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Ability and enthusiasm to solve practical problems proactively.
· University Graduate
· English abilities in both spoken and written are plus but not a must.
