Job Description

1. オペレーター入社時の導入研修・各種研修プログラムの草案立案
2. オペレーターの勤怠管理全般。シフト作成及び充足過不足の調整等
3. 顧客ニーズに基づいた生産性および品質の管理・向上定義施策策定。また生産性向上に向けた指導。定期的なフィードバック。オペレーター査定・考課等
4. クレームハンドリングおよび要因分析・再発防止への対応
5. 顧客個人情報はもちろんの事。社内人員の個人情報の管理オフィス内・コールセンター内のセキュリティ遵守


1. Provide training to new operators, implement training programmes.
2. Manage attendance of staff (daily shifts, time records, basic management)
3. Manage and develop productivity rates quality based on client needs.
4. Manage complaints and recurrence prevention
5. Manage confidential information

2. 突発的ケース、問題への臨機応変な対応力/クレーム対応力（二次対応）のある方
3. 公平なオペレーター評価と指導力のある方

6. MS Office(Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Outlook）に関する基本的なスキルのある方（資料作成ができる程度）
7. 土・日を含む週5日の出勤可能な方
