Job Description
Responsibilities;
- Gather, define and standardize activity metrics for sales teams, provide direction and recommendations as to how this data is to be used for all sales managers.
- Work with Regional reporting teams to provide resight metrics control and strategic decision making.
- Implement strategic initiatives in conjunction with local sales & marketing teams.
- Cover customer, product, employee and activity information.
- Establish relationship sales operation excellence in order to meet customer satisfactions as well as improve sales team productivity.
Required Skills
- Experience in working in Sales Operations
- Experience in design of sales and marketing enablement analysis & strategies
- Experience working with large scale data warehousing, CRM and analysis tools, desired but not necessary
- Education - degree qualification in IT, Finance, Marketing or Business.
