Job Description
An exciting opening as the pre-sales manager in a swiftly expanding Japan-side operation of a software company that is currently actively growing it’s Japan operation. As the operation is still in the early stages, the successful candidate will be at the front end of the operation, and will make technical presentations, product demonstrations, gather requirements and work with product teams to make proposal and estimations. In addition to this you will be required to help in kick starting projects and monitor progress, and join those projects if needed. This role requires a skilled and organised multi-tasker who will be able to effortlessly work around both CRM pre-sales and project activities, and a skilled communicator able to interact with many kinds of customers and deliver to their needs.
Required Skills
- Experience with the “Pivotal” package CRM products
- Experience in pre-sales
- If no experience with “Pivotal” products then 10 - 15 years of CRM experience
- Project Management experience would be a definite plus
- In particular individuals with Off-Shore project experience are highly desirably
- The ability to work with Global Teams
- Sharpened Organisational skills, capable of mutli-tasking
- A skilled communicator
- Candidates with the desire to further themselves will be viewed positively. This role has great potential for future promotion to roles such as Professional Services Director
- Must be highly bilingual, with the ability to Read and Write Japanese to a high level. Fluent or Native level is required for this position as the vast majority of your work will be with Japanese customers.
