仕事内容:
技術面からセールス活動を支援します。プレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを通して、お客様のビジネス上の問題に対するソリューションを提案します。ソリューション構築のために、高い問題解決能力と幅広いＩＴ技術知識を必要とする仕事です。 製品デモ、プロトタイプの作成などによって、company の製品を知ってもらい、課題の解決方法を提案することを期待しています。

Position Responsibilities:
· Participate on sales conference calls to determine needs of the customer and describe how the products can benefit the customer
· Demonstrate products via the web and live events at both a technical and business level to show how our solutions can provide value to them
· Be able to perform convincing presentations/demonstrations showing the capabilities of company’s solutions
· Script product demonstrations with a fluid story across multiple products
· Be completely at ease with customers and prospects regardless of level of individuals having discussions through Presidents, IT, and analysts
· Be able to work with sales reps to strategize on sales approaches to develop business.
· Give conference presentations which pull together vertical and product knowledge in a non-marketing and non-product-centric delivery.
· Work independently and with a team.
· 25% travel required.

・プログラミング経験（C++、Java）
・RDB（MS SQL Server、Oracle等）の設計・開発
・Web Applicationの設計・開発（J2EE）

・パッケージソフトのサポート、またはコンサルティングの経験
・ERP,SCM,CRM,BI,コールセンターパッケージ等ビジネスアプリケーション
の知識
・英語力中級以上（読み書き必須）

Position Qualifications
· 2-5 years of experience in sales, support, development, pre-sales support, or real world use of data analysis/mining solutions.
· Extensive course work or experience in Statistics.
· Experience in using any BI or predictive analysis products.
· Experience in using data mining and/or statistical software products for competitors like SAS
· Confident visiting prospects or customers - able to converse with individuals at various levels.
· Able to perform convincing presentations/demonstrations showing the capabilities of the company’s solutions.
· Comfortable with presenting in front of large audiences.
· Works with minimal supervision. Time management and multi-tasking skills fully developed.
· Goal oriented and motivated individual able to respond quickly to individuals.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Strong business acumen.
· BA degree
· Experience of statistics and prediction modeling
· Programming experience (C++､Java)
· Design and development of RDBMS (MS SQL Server and Oracle, etc.)
· Design and development of Web Application (J2EE)

Preference given to candidates with:
· Support of package software or experience of consulting
· Knowledge of business application such as ERP, SCM, CRM, BI, and call center packages
