Job Accountabilities:
1. Drive improvements in the operating model for Japan.
2. Work with the Leadership team to develop a long-term development plan.
3. Implement group best practices for business planning and support the local team to develop business plans, project plans and manage these plans
4. Support the business to work cross-functionally where projects are process-led
5. Develop a prioritized set of annual plans across all segments of the company: Operations, Customer Service, Community, Finance
6. Train local team members in project management skills
7. Work with the international Operations teams to facilitate the building of a Roadmap and Benefits case for the company’s Operating Model in Japan

1. Analysis and problem solving skills
2. Ability to facilitate a group of senior management to get the best result/decision
3. Structured thinker who can identify core business issues and root causes in highly complex, cross functional problems.
4. Strategy consulting background preferred
5. MBA preferred
6. International retail or consumer goods industry experience - line experience (can be from any function)
