1. Sell bulk subscriptions to first class hotels, airlines for
in-flight, airport lounge, private clubs, conferences and other
creative venues copies within specified price guidelines

2. Monitor sub agents quarterly and motivate them through supporting
their promotional activities

3. Work with the regional team (and sometimes global team) to reach
regional target through bulk and sponsorship deals

4. Project manage regional team for sponsorship of large events

5. Work with the Regional Conference Manager to identify main
conferences, seminars and exhibitions and help set-up deals.

6. Work closely with Academic Affairs Manager to find schools
appropriate for programs and products. Selectively source
sponsorship for school related programs.

1. Sales orientated (previous advertising or media sales experience
preferred)

2. Assertive, competitive and ambitious

3. Ability to work effectively with team members and other
departments to get things done within a busy organization

4. Ability to self-motivate as only circulation person on the ground

5. Basic understanding of balance between circulation increases and
profitability

6. MSWord, Excel and Powerpoint

7. Fluent Japanese and English
