Job Description
Our client is a leading human resources consulting firm which gives expertise to their clients in HR consulting, cross-cultural communication and strategic implementation of training programs.
This position will require this individual to:
-facilitate leadership and development programs for their training courses
-implement and deliver assessment programs to clients, including a wide range of 'business simulations'
-write assessment reports summarizing performance and trends
-interpret data and give personalized feedback after coaching
Required Skills
Our client is looking for a native English speaker who has:
- business level Japanese (both speaking and writing - at least JLPT level 2)
- 5+ years of business experience in HR, Corporate Training (not just teaching English), consulting experience
- a few years working in Japanese organizations and/or working with Japanese people.
- excellent communication skills
- cross-cultural and interpersonal flexibility
- willingness and initiative to learn
- ability to work in teams as well as independently
