- Meeting candidates
- Qualifying candidates
- Matching candidates to client needs
- Working with candidates to determine best fit and career opportunity
- Work with recruiters to screen qualified candidates
- Work with the sales team to ensure proper fit and timely order fulfillment

Attitude : Every Candidate Coordinator must be good communicators and be genuinely positive and energetic professionals.

職務内容には以下の業務が含まれます。

-　応募者とのアポイント設定・カウンセリングの実施
-　応募者のスキルチェック、アセスメント
-　企業案件とのマッチ業務
-　案件応募後のフォロー業務
-　データベース管理

- Strong Command of English
- At least 4 years of professional work experience
- Good communicators
- Proactive
- Results oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Preferred: Some sales experience and/or temporary staffing experience
- Native Japanese ability
- Sales or service experience a plus
