Job Description
Our client is the worlds LARGEST medical tech company based in the US. In the Japan office alone, there are 1,000 employees. They employ close to 40,000 people worldwide as well! They are listed as one of the Fortune 500 companies listed on the NYSE. Our client is a VERY well know, VERY reputable company and also very famous for what they offer to the community - as per their mission statement which is also what they are well known for.
Some key tasks include...
* Develop & Implement value-added HR Strategies, programs and policies to support organizational growth (by identifying goals, objectives and all support) by handling Staffing, Compensation, Performance Mgmt, Training and Development, Internal communication/relations and to manage other HR specialists at the company.
Responsibilities include:
* Hiring
* Consultation to various managers
* Manage the performance management system (submission of appraisals, etc.)
* Conduct training needs assessment in cooporation with the leader of training and development
* Execute supervisor - managerial level training
* Give consultation for labour-law related issues
* Organizational Development
