◆銀行取引【決済業務、外国為替リスクヘッジ（為替予約）、CPを主とした運用、調達等】
◆リース資産のリース契約管理
◆与信管理（店舗賃貸借契約における敷金・保証金の預託先の管理が主）
◆売上金、売掛金、預け金の回収管理
◆店舗の賃借料その他の経費、敷金・保証金等の支払及び売掛金との相殺処理
◆店舗の小口現金管理
J-Sox対応の文書（業務記述書、フローチャート、リスクコントロールマトリックス）作成
◆財務諸表監査、J-Sox監査の対応（財務・店舗会計チ－ムの担当業務について）
◆財務会計システムの変更プロジェクトへの参加
◆3回の面接

Our client is a retail company. This is a replacement position due to internal transfer. The role would give the right candidate the rare opportunity to experience treasury and credit in growing company, which would provide the candidate with a perfect stepping-stone for future senior assignments.
◆Banking transactions (mainly settlement business, FX risk hedging (forward exchange contracts) and CP)
◆Lease management of leased assets
◆Credit exposure management (mainly managing deposit and guarantee monies for store rentals)
◆Collection of proceeds from sale, AR and key money
◆Payment of rent, deposits etc on stores and other expenditures, and counterbalance processing with AR
◆Petty cash management for stores
◆Preparation of J-SOX documentation (description of business affairs, flowchart, risk control matrix)
◆Comply with financial statements audit and J-SOX audit
◆Support project to overhaul financial accounting system
◆Three interviews
◆This position will have direct influence on the direction of our client’s business in Japan.

◆商法（会社法）会計、証券取引法（金融商品取引法）会計の知識
◆内部統制に関する知識
◆税務知識（主に法人税、消費税について

◆Knowledge of accounting under commercial law and Securities and Exchange Act
◆Knowledge of internal controls
◆Knowledge of taxation (mainly corporate taxes and consumption tax)
