Job Description
Our client, a very successful European cosmetiscs and lifestyle brand, is looking to hire an assistant product manager for its Japanese team.
Plan and execute effective new skincare product launch including sales forecast and orders
Plan and execute skincare national promotion programs to assist counter activities
Review respective product launch/promotion activities in terms of effectiveness and draw learning for future planning
Monitor and analyze competitors’ products / activities
Prepare and provide skincare product information to relevant departments
Motivate Beauty Ambassadors through effective communication of product / marketing support plan information
Help prepare merchandising / display manuals / counter design in cooperation with Merchandiser
Prepare product collateral materials such as consumer leaflets, handouts, bible papers
Propose and control expense / budget for skincare product marketing function
