・商品、接客応対に対するクレーム対応
・業務改善にかかわるレポート作成
Required Skills
＜応募資格＞
・接客業務3年以上
・高級消費財小売、ホテル、エアラインなどでの接客、カスタマーサービス経験者
・語学力中級位
