Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support sales on new orders
Sales support (shows, demo, exhibitions, customer meeting)
Project lead (planning, preparation for installation, coordination at site, site supervisor)
Additional customer training (on-site)
Arrangement, coordination to get support from HQ
Warranty / Service contract repairs
Preventive maintenance
Demand service
Trouble shooting: instruments
Trouble shooting: software issues
Engineering changes
Problem reporting
Service contract sales
Prepare quotations and manage for billed service
