1. Work under pressure and fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and ensure that daily operation is smooth.
2. Provide Help Desk hotline and technical support to end users.
3. Record requests and incidents in a call tracking system to be used to share the workload and experience.
4. Escalate issues to specialized teams after basic but relevant analysis of the problem.
5. Manage Blackberry, VPN, Citrix-based solutions for remote access.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation for support applications.
7. Install desktop software and perform hardware/software troubleshooting.

7. デスクトップソフトウェアのインストールとハードウェアソフトウェアに関するトラブルシューティングの提供。

Technical and educational requirements:

- Experience and understanding of basic daily user support and helpdesk process
- Knowledge of Windows enterprise setup including Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of Windows scripting
- Understanding of general desktop hardware and software in Microsoft Windows and Office
