You are a confident store manager who wants to work with the fashion trend setters in Japan. You are willing to utilize all of your skills and want to develop new ones. We can offer you an exciting opportunity with a major European fashion brand that has a strong foundation and brand image in Japan. Today, you have a chance to join this exciting company as the store manager of a new-open store.

Job Description

1. Leads the team by taking full responsibility for them and their performance
2. Spends maximum time on the shop floor by catering to customers’ needs
3. Ensures high quality of customer service and brand experience
4. Manages store, team and individual performances by developing and communicating qualitative/quantitative objectives and ensures goals are
5. Conducts a qualitative annual performance appraisal
6. Hosts events, exhibition held in the flagship store.

Qualification/Requirements

1. 5 years experience in a casual fashion brand
2. Good knowledge of the apparel industry in Japan
3. Management experience
