This will be a general Helpdesk role in which you will answer / solve (trouble shoot) desktop / laptop problems / questions, take responsibility for network trouble shooting, manage procurement, replacement / stock control / rentals of IT devices and provide Blackberry / Windows Mobile support.

Excellent knowledge / understanding of Helpdesk service + IT infrastructure
Excellent knowledge / understanding of MS Office
Good knowledge of network / market data services / telecommunications
Good coordination ability and communication skills (mainly in English)
Good command of Japanese as well as English, i.e. bilingual (preferably)
