The position is in Japanese Equity Division, Capital Markets Asia. Understanding of post-execution processing in Japan, including allocations, onshore and offshore settlement, pre-confirmations and custom Middle Office reports. Provide solutions for trade processing efficiency, reliability and support. Ability to grasp complex trade flows. Prepare business requirements for Japanese markets (TSE, OSE, JASDAQ). Liaise with regional IT groups to deliver solutions. Testing support of trading and down-stream applications.

Experience or understanding of I-Star and Oasys Global trade processing systems
WebMethods or any other application server side development experience
Hyperion
SmartBridge, TradeNet, domestic confirmation systems
Japanese language skills
Technical Skills:

oracle PL/SQL
basic understanding of web applications workflow including application servers, JSPs and database interaction
