Ensure overall system operation efficiency and effectiveness.
Periodic maintenance and planning for IT system, batch job management and system check.
Be the window person to internal and external users and be responsible for system trouble shooing with end users

Experience in setting and usage of system monitoring tools and scheduler, like JP1 is essential.
Knowledge on Unix and/or Windows server operation or installation is essential
Experience with FundWeb or Kyodo is desired but not required
User level of knowledge in Oracle database, SQL, network
Native level of Japanese (Japanese or non-Japanese nationality) and business level of English
Insurance background is not required
